Middle Tennessee State University. I got them to 6 star prestige, it took like 10 years though.

I usually do FIU or FAU... Arkansas State has pretty decent unis too... but you can never go wrong with going to the program and filtering for 1star and 2star teams...

Yea SJSU is great if you want to start at 1*. Pretty sure the team is young (if you're stuck there another year) and the recruiting in Cali is ok.
