Dude we cannot get every top player in state. The last two years we won the state because we had a lot of the top players who liked us whil this year just did not go our way. At least won the state of Maryland which is not hard to do. Plus we had to go national more this year.

Eddie Goldman is far from that impressive to me and Darby is meh to me as well
Like Darby better with the ball in his hands than on defense but we will see
I prefer Florida kids my man and we have missed on a good number lately
I know that is just how it goes sometimes but ill take 3 and 4 stars from florida all day over a 5 star from DC/Maryland

Maybe, but you are just guessing/hope for the best
I like him but he needs to show me more before i start feeling confident about him
Nile Lawrence Stample for example is somebody i liked coming out of high school a lot more than Goldman

WVU should have been mentioned in Florida since we signed 11 kids 3 stars or better. Remember these 2 3 star names for the future. WR Devonte Robinson and WR Traveres Copeland. The next Stedman Bailey and Tavon Austin for WVU.

Somewhat misleading. Some schools may be a case of quality over quantity and that create less signees in a particular year.

247Sports did not exist then, and at the time, there were differences on which prospect was ranked No. 1 -- Gilmore or Malliciah Goodman.
Hindsight being what it is, you could argue it should have been Jeffery or Sam Montgomery.
And yes, I am now on our national recruiting team.

IIRC, Goodman was ranked #1 on Rivals, while Gilmore won "Mr. Football". Obviously Gilmore has gone on to have a more productive college career, so I don't know why Carolina fans would get all bent out of shape on a meaningless ranking.
