I call them as I see them.And I think your transition to the spread was bad because Dick Rod wasn't able to recruit Meatchicken type talent.Urban can recruit OSU type talent and win with it.If you remember we already ran a hybrid spread with Troy Smith this won't be as big a transition as u might think.
