Superbowl predictions: Who you got?

  • Since it is about that time... I will let people re do their predictions if anything changes tomorrow.

I got Seahawks vs Broncos. I usually always go with the hottest teams and Seahawks are on fire. Last three games they ave scored over 40 points and held their opponent to under 20. That's pretty impressive in the NFL.

I have the Packers over the Pats this year. I really wanted to put Manning and his Bronco's from the AFC but he never seems to play well in the playoffs.

Your picks are worse than any of the other one's in here.

I know that you're a big Redskins fan and I actually think they could make some noise, but not that much noise.

The Ravens pick is far worse though. They have been spinning downward for the five weeks or so. I don't see the Ravens being able to beat the Patriots, Broncos, Colts, Bengals or the Texans honestly.

Seattle's defense if going to be right up there with the 49'rs defense, especially with Richard Shermon beating his suspension for PED usage.

  • Packers look a lot like they did 2 years ago.
Patriots look like a more balanced version of the Patriots.

I will take those 2, and since it's not the Giants, I will take the Patriots to win it all.

Wait till Ray Lewis comes back, he is gonna tear some heads off

I've been the first person to say that I think the Redskins make the playoffs and actually make some noise. I think that they will need all their missing defensive players to make the Super Bowl, but they have to many injuries on that side of the ball. They will be one of my top three picks to make it to next years Superbowl though.

Even when Ray Lewis was there, I think the Ravens were 26th in the league in total defense.

    Not necessarily,

If they win and the Packers and 49'rs lose tomorrow, Then the Seahawks would be the #2 seed. I am pretty sure that would be right. Seattle would also never have to play RGIII on the road, IF they make it.

Yeah I actually concur with that one. Especially since they have something to play for.

Plus, in all fairness, The Seahawks wouldn't even have a shot at that spot had the replacement refs not fvcked up that one play.

Actually you are right. Forgot that the Cowboys/Redskins game determines the division and the division winner would take the four seed over Seattle. It still wouldn't happen until later on in the playoffs if both teams get lucky. Seattle would be the five seed playing the six seed at home.

I believe the winner of that game would get the number 2 seed, which would be the Packers. I'm pretty sure that the only way the Redskins and Seahawks would play against each other would be if they both made the NFCC game.

Yea, San Fran and Green Bay will more than likely be the 2 and 3 seeds. So the winner of Dallas/Washington would get the 4 and Seattle 5 I would assume.
