But there should be several awards in honor of recruits -

The Gunner Kiel Award - An EE that is committed and shows up elsewhere and enrolls. - I think Anzalone takes the cake here, since enrolling in UF the day after he was committed to ND

The Landon Collins Award - Family member goes crazy (or is crazy) after their son picks somewhere they dont want him to go.

The Reuben Foster Award - Someone who cant make up their mind if its day or night, and moves to the hometown of a rival school while committed to the other school. Has to have committed and decommitted from both.

The RN Award - A recruit that commits to a school to get his "buddies" offers, then decommitts later

The Kevin Hart - Committing to a school that had no clue who you were.

These may help in the future to announce award winners..

I like this. It can be like the Oscars.

There needs to be a 'craziest recruitment award' that people who win the Kiel, Collins, or Foster award can all be eligible for.

    - Foster commits to Bama

    - Foster moves states to go to high school in Auburn. Bama fans are suspicious

    - Foster assures Bama fans he is committed to the program.

    - A month later, Foster reads the exact same speech TJ Yeldon read when he flipped from AU to Bama at the press conference. He then shows his AU tattoo that Trooper Taylor branded on his arm.

    - AU goes full retard and coaches get fired....weedline laughs

    - Foster says he is still committed to AU and will remain committed

    - The same day, he says he is no longer committed, and is looking around. AU is still very much in it he says....but maybe not

    - A few weeks later he tells people no way he is going to AU b/c of how they treated da Troopah.

    - That changes, and he then names a top 3 of Bama, AU, UGA.....adds LSU later that night to make 4

    - Then takes random Washington official visit out of the blue

    - UGA takes lead, AU out

    - AU back in, 50/50 with UGA, likes new coaches and wants to honor cousin

    - May not announce on signing day, wants to be sure

    - TBC

this kids wins and it's not even close. The award needs to be renamed the Foster award. Willie IWllams thinks Foster is retarded

    Better with pics:

  • 4. Picture representing Bama and Auburn fan bases.

    5. Only thing missing from RF's commitment

ETA: There was a second presser at Auburn High with he and his mom where they announced he was cleared to play by Alabama's high school athletics governing board.

    6. One reason he switched to Auburn was because one of players that was shot was his cousin.

  • Jayron Kearse just decommitted from Clemson. That's the third school he's changed his mind against (Auburn, Miami, Clemson). I have no idea where he'll end up now.

The award should be re-named to the "Jordan Payton award."

Jordan Payton went from a USC commit, to a Cal commit (he made his announcement at the Army All-American game), to a Washington commit, and finally chose UCLA at the last second.

By the way, he was even a silent commit to Michigan at one point.

This, it should be the Jordan Payton award

Did Payton directly cost Washington, Cal or USC another solid recruit the day he was supposed to sign?

Kiel did for LSU. No room at the inn for Patrick Miller because both were EE's.

Had he come to LSU, he would have been the highest rated player in the 2012 class.

That's why what Kiel did made Les so mad.
