I will withhold judgement on the 'elite-ness' till after summer and his senior season. Anyone that thinks the kid is a sure thing to go to db needs to pull back on the reins a little. (Nothing wrong with an opinion Lesticals).
Again, SOME of these bama posts seem a lot like sour grapes, which pretty much every other poster can see already.

Good post. I just always thought he would be a DB and this is dating back to last year when his name was known.

That's what I was thinking. He hasn't even played his senior year. From his junior to senior year he's sure to get stronger and a little bigger. It's been thought that Marshall was #1 on the AU board, followed by Yeldon at #2. If this staff thought he was their #2 back to go after, I don't think they have him in mind to do anything other than carry the ball.

I hear where you guys are coming from. I've followed TJ for a long time and i've always seen him as a star DB. He very easily could prove me wrong and be a great RB this year and in college next year. Time will tell but that's just my .02 on him.
Either way, he is a beast and Bama, Auburn, LSU ect would all love to have him.

I would have been happy to land him but if he wants to be at Auburn than so be it.
Our coaching staff will move on to the next guy. You can't get them all.

Good pickup. I don't think the guy has a definitive projected position, though he does want a shot at RB. He is an elite athlete, and it's never bad to have those on your roster. We're kinda thin at the RB spot, so he'll definitely get his shot. Daphne has some pretty solid talent on that team between him and Ryan Anderson.

Drake is a good looking athlete. He looks to be a little thinner than Yeldon, but probably faster. Both are exceptional athletes and both schools should be happy with the pickups. I think both athletes project at multiple positions, likely on offense.
