This is southern tex mex style we did this today
The gas grill was used just to heat the left overs everything else were done in our pit with mesquite wood no ketchup like you northern boys like it straight up rub and seasoning

Everything was smoked except for faijtas and the porked was cooked Mexican style called trompo our chile sauces were habanero pictured guacamole pictured pico de gallo and salsa verde with Serrano peppers

Precaite it. Had to do somethin with all the MT's. And the herb is like Sam Cooke on Vinyl (smooth). Another great thing about the south, a long growing season. Got some clone to mix in this year.

Yep. Don't buy the knockoff. Look for used ones in the paper/craigslist. They last forever, so you don't really have to worry about buying a lemon or anything.
