People have such a soft spot for the Dream Team its considered blasphemy to say this years team could compete. I just decided to exaggerate because that seems like the only way people want to discuss this hypothetical. Obviously the game is lacking in fundamentals today. Besides And 1, the AAU system is also destroying a lot of young kids. But, that doesnt mean todays players arent talented. They just play a game that is based much more on athleticism. The Dream Team would win the majority of the matchups. But they are not going to win by 30 like Pippen said. And you dont have to tell me about Jesus, Earl the Pearl was my dads favorite player ever. The Pearl is a Philly legend

By how many is just a guess but the dream team was so much better, and played the game the right way with a shitload of passion both in practice and games

Did any player from those two teams ever go to the other side? I can't remember one. Now you have team stacking, Ray Allen joining the Heat because Boston can't beat them, Players demanding what team to be traded to, soft defense because of the rules, and athleticism taking priority over fundamentals.
What did Love say to westbrook? "You're just athletic... all you do is jump". That is he NBA today.
