Brainstorm some ideas for funny T shirts to go with serious shirts.. Yall can make bank if you guys come up with funny ones.
Like a picture of Miles face on the front, the word "winning" on the back with the 24/7 logo under it.. Yeh I'de spend 15 bucks on that

This isn't actually "rankings meetings". This is a conference to talk about more general goals of the company, the best ways to put out a great product. Things we need to work on in the future. Recognize outstanding performers. Workshops, that kind of thing.
There will be plenty of recruiting talk but that will be more informal, water cooler type talk. And yes, I'm sure there will be some imbibing.

The only things I can complain about are:
1. The upvote/downvote system sucks. Either change it back (everyone gets as many downvotes as they do upvotes) or get rid of it all together.
2. Get Dan Cotton to answer his PM every now and then.
Otherwise, I couldn't be happier with thebigspur.com and the 247 network. JC and Tony are fantastic.
