Funny thing is.....that is exactly why.....But I'd be here all day if I go into the details/specifics.
Just think about many of the fastest players in football and many are from Florida [ie."Bullet" Bob Hayes, Deion Sanders, Jeff Demps, Chris Johnson, Devon Hester, Jacoby Ford, CJ Spiller, Denard Robinson, Marvin Bracy, DeMarcus VanDyke-2011 NFL Combine Fastest Man, Patrick Peterson, Noel Devine (quicker than fast)]......I could probably name 15-20 more reputable "speed" guys from Florida. Yeah, "They Fast" in Florida.
Louisiana and Texas are probably the next best states in terms of producing speed. But overall, guys in the South are legitimately faster as they typically dominate National High School Track Championships as well as College Track [in particular the sprints] is usually dominated by SEC and Texas schools.

Jabrill Peppers...More I watch, the more I'm convinced he is the best player in the 2014 class. Barring injury, he will do special things.

Bo Jacksons best ever 100 was 10.39
he had incredible burst and acceleration but he is not faster than anyone
Herschel was faster than Bo
Marcus Dupree had more raw running instincts than either one and if not for chronic hamstring problems and lack of work ethic would have been a college track guy too runnerup in close race to MS future world record Holder Calvin Smith when Marcus was FOURTEEN yrs old Calvin Smith was faster than Herschel or Bo were when he won a gold in the Olympic relay
