If SC does take Shep, I wonder which 2013 CB would be left out.
What sanctions? Our 75 are better than your 85.

well it is nothing offical but word is this issue goes all the way back to his visit when he came home from his OV where he said it looks like he is not going to be EE'd into ND. It was (*rumor) because he didn't have an ACT qualifiying score yet. However, ND wanted him and the kid took the ACT but when his results came in (after he already was on campus) he didn't qualify and they had to send him home. That's the word that's starting to get out, but we are not sure if they are true. In all honesty this is more believable then his heart issue that doesn't even seem to be an issue, I think Tee and family used it for protection of Tee and ND could not or would not dispute it.

I don't know where Tee will end up, but I doubt it will be USC, regardless if he wants to come or not.
