Lane's getting a little more savvy about losing battles to win wars.

But Kiffen doesn't control the NCAA. How does the kid not have to sit out a year like everyone else? So if Tee enrolled at a school in Cali, can he play this fall, too? What if he enrolls at Houston with his cousin? Is Houston closer to his home?

No I was explaining the mechanics of the transfer not the NCAA decision.
They just rubber stamp anything for Notre Dame.
