    USC can have up to 3 EE's. We lose both our starting safeties after this year. I'm fairly confident USC gets Cravens, but Oregon is right there as well for Redfield.

    So 18 players in this class?

    You could easily beat UM, just you always find a way to lose it seems.

    Also Michigan - MSU game was closer than score. Michigan had ball at 9 yard line with 6 minutes left down 1 score.

    It's like an empty netter in Hockey, no one gives a chit about it.

    Some feel differently sure. They dominated the game physically, but didn't put us away until a pick 6 with 4 minutes left. Can't really argue that.

    Ok, re-read. It can be up to 18 recruits in this class, but I doubt CLK will exhaust all 15 + 3 EE scholarships. I think it will still be around 15 ish as it would be easier to maintain the 75 scholarship limit.

    We may roll 1 or 2 back to 2014, but we can take up to 18. I expect to take 5 DBs. I think Sua Cravens will come as a LB.

  • As we reported Thursday, Tee Shepard, one of the more highly recruited high school defensive backs in the country, is back in Fresno after leaving Notre Dame.

    Shepard's dad Ray told me today his son is back because of health issues.

    Ray Shepard would not tell me what happened to his son, but did tell me he hopes Tee will be cleared to resume working out sometime in May or June.

    I was told Tee was expected to challenge for a starting spot in the Fighting Irish secondary, but he will not return to Notre Dame.

    Shepard is undecided as to where he will play this season. He's just focusing on his health for now.

    Shepard may have to sit out the 2012 season because of transfer rules if he goes to another division one school, but since he never even practiced at Notre Dame, he may be able to play again right away.

    He can definitely play this year if he enrolls at a junior college, and COS and Fresno City are both after him.

    I have a feeling we're a lock for all of them except Isaac. It would be great to get Isaac, but I never put to much stock into the OOS kids. Besides we're leading for justin davis at rb and dude is a baller. And I think we look good for dj martin and craig lee.
