I think Richt and Bobo's track record with QBs speaks for itself. Tennessee's problem is right now they are being out recruited by all three of the those schools right now. Until UT starts beating UGA, UF, etc for recruits they will stay at 4th in the East.

4th or worse. I agree. The whole reason for a great coach is that you only beat those teams with one of two things: 1) great coaching up of inferior talent 2) having more talent

Clearly we come upon a impasse with the only solutions being cheating out of your mind in recruiting or bring in a coach that can coach up your kids.

All of this rings true, unless the scenario comes true, like I described earlier where a team underachieves and you can take a few of their prospects. Still got to beat the down team in the season to take advantage though. I just hope that we have a coach that is able to get the most of our kids. It's our best shot atm.

honestly the hire we made to replace Jay Graham was a good hire. Once we knew we hired Gillespie everyone felt much better. I know some of you guys are just trolling but hell after wasting so much talent last year there aren't many Vol fans butthurt about losing the whole staff.

Which one? The slant route that was 15 yards and turned into 75? or one of the dump off passes to Burton? Or a jump ball to Reed? My memory ain't so good.

I also think Driskel can be a real good QB for the Gators. He struggled against Georgia, but a lot of that wasn't his fault. He had some TOs but didn't exactl have a lot of time, that game was also one of Floridas worst rushing games of the year.

Winner in Jax goes to ATL. I'm not discounting Carolina, I just think Georgia as Florida are more complete teams

I agree that I think they have an easy schedule. Dont get me wrong, I think South Carolina is a very good team and could very easily end up in Atlanta, I just like what I see out of the other two a bit more. I think Georgia has the most explosive offense in the SEC next year. It is hard to pick Georgia over South Carolina right now since they have won the last three but I do think it will be hard for Carolina to score enough to beat Georgia in Athens next year. Florida I think could really establish a solid running game next year which will take a lot of pressure off of Driskel. Florida has to go to South Carolina though right? I could easily see a scenario where South Carolina loses to Georgia in Athens, Georgia loses to Florida in Jax and Florida loses to Carolina in Columbia.

And he went 11-2 in the SEC as a first year starter in his sophomore year in system #2
