    Maybe UT could qualify for tarp money? They are too big to fail.

  • Most of the players we have gotten from that state have been ballers though. The first two that come to mind are Hightower and Barrett Jones.

    You're well entitled to your opinion. Many people don't think Tennessee will ever be a national power in the coming years. I'll be cheering for the Vols whether we are 13-0 in the Championship game or 0-12 suffering our first 8 loss+ season in program history.

  • Idk if you guys are trolling or not but if you think a program like Tennessee is going to stay down you're seriously just stupid. If bama was down i'd fully expect them to come back. All programs go through these types of things. We know we've stunk it up lately. Everything in my last post is true and there isn't a single part of it that should be taken as a joke.

  • UT's biggest crutch is location. i will admit it is beautiful in the area but its difficult to recruit because there TN just isnt a recruiting hotbed outside of Memphis. the will make another run at the East in a few years but i dont see UT getting back to consistent power anytime soon, especially now that vandy is doing decent at recruiting
