  • I think they beat Florida. That game is their into to the SEC and they host UF. Their crowd will be bananas, their players will be jacked, and Florida's QB will likely not handle it all that well.

    I think TAMU gets a run game going and wins barely at the end.

    We recruit just as well and you would say 6-6 for AU every year

    A & M with 9 or 10 wins in the SEC with no defense, a new coaching staff, new schemes (schemes that are coming out of C-USA) a new Qb (who has more than likely never taken a snap at the college level) and just them being A & M and you think they win 9 or 10 games?

    I'm not expecting them to finish 2nd,but as long as they have consistent top 20,15 classes(unlike those tier teams listed) they should do better than those teams. Still gotta wait and see about Sumlin,but I just dont see them being a perennial >6-6.

    None of us said that we'd be anywhere near contending for a title. 7 games is reasonable considering we have La. Tech, SMU, South Carolina State, and Sam Houston State. I would be extatic with 8 or 9 wins, but I'm not dellusional about how tough the SEC is.

    By the sound of this, you would think Texas had won like 10 more Big12 Champioships than aTm. They actually only won 2 more.

    That gap between OU and Texas is double the gap between Texas and aTm.
