Texas A&M Second place in SEC west

Further proof of just how overrated the SEC is. One of the shittiest programs in the Big 12 turns into one of the better programs in the SEC in less than a year? Pretty embarrassing imvho.

Comparing one year's team to the next in college football isnt really relevant.

You guys should know that as well as anyone.... After you guys lost to Bama in the NC game, you're team came back and went 5-7 the next season and hasnt been relevant since, despite the same HC and top 5 recruiting classes.

You guys are good this year, though...just a really hard schedule in the under-rated big 12. Props on your come from behind win over 1-7 Kansas (another big 12 power who's getting over-looked). Baylor is looking like another quality win for yall and so are the other 3 loss team's yall beat. Cant blame you for getting your shite pushed in against your biggest rival....OU is looking unbeatable this season with the obvious exception of the two home losses they have. You guys lost to WVU also but with their loss at home to TCU yesterday, it really just demonstrates the overall strength of your schedule and not so much that the Big 12 is really, really, really mediocre this year....

    Note my sarcasm...

Dunno. Neither were good enough to play and/or coach in the Big 12, so I couldn't tell ya.

    Dumbest post of the day.

5-4 ole miss - 0 wins against a winning fbs team
    8-1 latech - 0 wins against a winning fbs team (14-42 overall)
2-7 auburn - 1 win against a winning fbs team (la-monroe in ot)

Not comparing one team to another. A&M couldn't compete in the Big 12 and as a result that program has been dog shit for over a decade. No such issue with their conference.

But hey don't let me rain on your parade. Congrats on beating up on the school of the blind week after week and good luck on similar future endeavors.

  • You guys are hysterical.

First, it was "the SEC wouldn't be interested in A&M. If any team it would be texas."

Second, it was "there's no way they can compete in the SEC. They couldn't do anything in the Big 12."

Now it's, "the SEC is overrated. Most of those teams suck anyways."

    What's next?

You are not the only one that thought TAMU could not compete. This weekend was a solid win. But, that is only 1 out of three. If they can beat Bama in T-town, watch out. Actually, Summlins's O looks design to exploit the nickel package, and Bama's D thrives off of the nickel. However, FL and LA shut TAMU down when they got out of the nickel and went to base coverage. On the other hand, Bama's secondary looked below average when they played with only 4 DBs. I cannot wait to see this match up. Bama got exposed in Batonrouge. They are beatable.

Keep repeating your clearly football illiterate spill in every thread you can find and it still won't be true....

But whatever helps you sleep at night,,

By the fact we are likely to finish 3rd in the West. The 2 teams ahead of us played in the national championship game last year. We have played one of them close so far this year. I would call that competing.

you're going to finish 5th or 6th in the conference w/ 0 wins against any of the teams ahead of you. that isn't competing for shlt.

Aren't you the one saying it would take us 20 years to win 8 games in a season? Pretty sure I recall that.

You must really like making BOLD predictions

Manziel will give bama fits all day and I can see him making a HUGE play in the 4th quarter to give A&M the win. Mettenberger torched bama last night and he didnt get that over 2 weeks so that says something about bama's secondary
