Texas A&M has out recruited everyone in the SEC except for

    Since 2000:

    Wins:

    Texas - 79.8%
    Auburn - 71.5%

    BCS Victories/Losses:

    Texas - 3-1
    Auburn - 2-0

    Top 5 finishes:

    Texas - 5
    Auburn - 2

Undefeated seasons and NOT selected for MNC game:

    Texas - 0
    Auburn - 1

    Since 1960

    Winning:

    Texas - 73.0%
    Auburn - 67.8%

    National Championsips:

    Texas - 4
    Auburn - 1

Needless to say that Auburn doesn't deserve to be called anyone's little brother. Texas A&M, on the other hand, hasn't finished in the Top 5 since 1956.

Fail to mention Auburn did that in a conference with 7 BCS champions in their conference compared to two.

I'm just curious but you failed to answer my question in the other thread. Did you go to UNT or Texas State?

If you are still butthurt, I didn't mean to imply that an A&M degree would not carry great weight in the Bryan/College Station area. Just don't expect it to count for much outside the State of Texas. Study hard and hope that you can get into a good school for graduate school. Michigan would be a great choice.

    meh.

A degree gets you your first job. After that you are on your own.

Is going to Texas St or North Texas insulting?

    Just wondering

People basically go to Texas State and UNT if they can't get in anywhere else, it's that or Texas Tech and nobody really wants to go there.

I was a touring musician for a little while and know plenty of people that would love to have gotten into UNT's music program, especially drummers. They put out some great studio drummers and have the nation's best drumline.

But I get your point. It is like UAB and Troy in Alabama

All I know about Texas State is what I learned watching Unneccessary Roughness (g).

Not at all. Compared to Bama both are a step up.
