I think he just had an underage drinking, and then a DUI. Big difference when you jump to assaulting an officer.
But yeah, you're right, Floyd was good and Rees is not. I don't care if Rees gets suspended or not, I just don't want him on the field.

Rees is the returning starting QB. If ND student affairs really made disciplinary decisions based on team need then Rees would be back for the fall.

Punishment is decided by Res Life according to the DuLac. It is the same for every student. Now, what BK would decide to do with each individual after Res Life was done with them could be very different depending on the player. Luckily there has not been enough incidents to determine if he gives preferential treatment or not.

Cops shouldn't be as bad as SB cops but I will say this Golson and Hendrix have a better shot at starting now, which is better for the team going forward.

BYU does and a few others...definitely not everyone.
