The OC Helfrich will replace him and retain just about everybody except the DL coach who will probably follow Chip. Oregon is a really young team and I doubt much changes over the next year or two. After that all bets are off. This run of BCS bowls can't last forever.

Being the HC at Oregon is better than being the OC of the Browns. Plus he's a local guy, so I don't think he'd leave for bigger and brighter things as quickly as Chip. Really interested to see how Chip does. I hope he has as much success as he's had in Eugene. I definitely don't want him back in the college game unless its a Mike Riley situation.

Are OC Mark Helfrich is probably going to be the guy. Reports out here say there will be a few minor tweeks but all in all we will keep the same scheme. I expect a drop off somewhat but not like what your going to see these homers posting soon. I'm mean you cant really lose a HC like CK and expect to be 100%. Gratz to him though, proud of the guy and wish him the best. Guess my second favorite team in the NFL just became the browns yuckkkkkk lol

Guarantee Chip would rather mold his schemes to different types of players than deal with head cases like the Eagles. Chip would do better with a younger roster.
