Pretty sure its the same guy on TOS. And yes he projects himself as a very well spoken man. I've had a few chats with him on TOS and I believe he graduated from Purdue with a engineering degree (could be wrong). Very smart individual.
And not to throw his business in the streets but ask him about his days in prison. Very open about it. Good poster.
