Nobody says it's the same as child molestation. That doesn't mean he doesn't deserve to be on a sex offender list. And he isn't a college kid. He's 32-years-old. This is a stranger to him. He doesn't know him. He doesn't know that the guy will find it humorous like whatever acceptable, weird behavior fraternity guys are into with their friends. He did it simply because he was a fan of another school. It's pathetic, sick behavior. It isn't a prank.

If the guy is taking a piss in a dumpster and not flashing his ding around in front of a crowd of women and children, I'd agree with you for the most part. But actually putting any part of your dick or balls on someone without their consent is fine with me being put on the list.
