Toro is Bluefin Tuna and yes high fat content bluefin(the large ones which reach over 1000lbs can fetch massive $'s on fish markets) Off the NC coast in late winter and summer off Cape Cod are your best bets of catching one. They can rake in well over $100,000.00 for a fish.

Tuna are like people, they are limited in their length(people in hight) weight is somewhat unlimited as you can get fat. The higher the fat content, the more desired Tuna are in the fish markets. granders(1,000 pounders) are rare but command huge dollars. My biggest catch was 120-125 lbs estimated
