Try to keep spoilers out of this thread, even though i sure it doesn't matter because we are all going to have very different experiences anyway. When I get slaughtered by the first dragon I come across, I will be ITT telling about my glorious experience.

I just found out a guy I know has had the game for days. He has a friend that works at Blockbuster that got him the game. I am so pissed and jealous.

if i haven't played any of the games before this one. would you recommend doing that? I've never really played this type of game always just played fps and sports games.

I have only played a little bit of Oblivion. Its just going to be a badass game. I'm like you, I play FPS and sports titles, but everyone should have a game like Skyrim. Everyone.

You on PS3 or XBOX? If PS3 then it just installs automatically. With XBOX I think you have to install game to your hard drive and go from there. Not sure though.

The map in the limited edition hard back guide>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>free map. Still like the free map, though. The map in the guide has a HUGE legend and pinpoints locations of just about everything.
