    Thats awesome. I havent really seen dragons do anything cool except shoot flames/ice at me lol

    Yeah it was pretty cool. There was a giant with two mammoths, and the dragon swooped down and grabbed one of the mammoth and threw it, I dont know where it landed. I decided to help the giant and the other mammoth kill the dragon, then ran for my life as the giant and mammoth turned their attention to me...

    Too many times the dragon just flies around in the air and never lands. Sometimes flies away. Very frustrating

    I make sure I get its attention, arrows or shouts, whatever it takes to get it down.

    As soon as I finish the quests required to buy it I am set. I have about $50,000 sitting in a chest in my house in Whiterun. So as soon as I buy it I will be able to buy all the stuff for the house. I can't wait.

    Is Solitude hte Imperial city? Can you buy a house there if you are a Stormcloak?

  • i have to take a warhorn for the jarl at solitude but it didnt show up under my in my journal so I have no idea where to go. The horn however showed up in my inventory..WTF?

    I agree, at first I wanted to slap the b!tch and tell her to watch where she stepped, she sounded loud as hell. After awhile iit seems like she has no effect on if others notice, all based on my actions.

    Another cool thing about the companion is the interaction. We were in a dungeon and stepped into a room with a badass view. As I was thinking how awesome it looked, she commented that it was an impressive site.

    I have a couple of different companions I could use from the Dark Brotherhood. I might give one of them a try. I have a spell that I can use that conjures up Lucien Lechance from Oblivion. He is a pretty good follower.

    I honestly doubt that it has any bearing. You just have to do some quests for the Jarl.

  • What is the best "job" you guys have come across. I am trying to get through this playthrough as good as possible, so I am looking for a good way to get some extra coin. I need to buy materials for smithing, and that house in solitude sounds pretty cool!

    I don't know of one. It is basically a short time transformation. If you want you never have to use it. It makes you stronger but you can't loot anything.

    That being said when the first transition happened I murdered some guards in Whiterun and looted them later for some pretty good money haha.

    There are a few but nothing major.

    You can not receive the rested bonus after sleeping.

    You can not loot the corpses you kill while a werewolf. Also never transform in front of people because it is considered an abomination.

    I got it now. I have unlocked the house but now have to sell all my stuff..it's a pain in the ass that the vendors only carry around 700.

  • I hope they patch the PS3 soon..im lagging really bad and it just froze again. Apparently the more saves and farther along you are the worse the problems get.

    Yea Whiterun is the worst..Riften can be bad at times. I just try to let everything catch up before I take off.

    Yea, Riften was the only spot I've actually 100% frozen.

    Kinda disappointing to be honest :/

    Any idea if these issues exist in the 360 version?

    Luckily I already have most of my stuff sold. I already have more than enough gold.

    On a side note this thread makes work suck. All I want to do is go home and play Skyrim.

  • My toughest fight so far has been a Giant and his Mammoth. It took me about 5 attempts before I took that big bastard down.

    I have killed 2 dragons. Both were MUCH easier than the giant. Cool, but a little disappointing.

    I read that too but have not found that anywhere. What I do is just make weapons and armor and then sell it to the Blacksmith.

  • Oh and I am a pure mage that likes to sneak around. Mostly focused on destruction with restoration and others sprinkled in.
