Good catch. This though is not the greatest.
Would have to say some behind the back snags from pitchers ( with the ball moving 100 mph of a bat ) are better.

During Morgan State's 21-7 win over Winston-Salem State, the Bears' Baptiste made one of the greatest pass catches ever caught on tape. For the whole story, go to www.myfoxwghp.com. With the Bears' offense backed up into its own end zone, quarterback Carlton Jackson tosses the ball down the middle of the field. Baptiste leaps, extends one arm and manages to tuck the ball to his chest before landing on his back and doing a flip before coming to rest near the 38-yard line.

I was hoping some others would chime in with their own favorite catches. Fun thread. However, none of those catches compares with the diving blindly over the fence, the ridiculous stretch, the bottom of the ninth inning, two out, theatrics demonstrated in the catch that I posted. Somewhere Willie Mays just said, "Wow!"
Edit: that catch made by the kid from Morgan State was phenomenal, and that's coming from someone who watched Alshon Jeffery play for three years.

Not sure of the best but the Terrel Owens catch in the playoffs with SF getting hit by 2 defenders to win the game was awesome
