If he transfers no way he plays this year correct? The exceptions they make for the one year of sitting out always confuses me.

Depends on if LSU releases him. Most likely he won't play though because not a lot of teams would take him on even if he is released to be able to play this year. Most teams are a good bit through fall practice. Depends on if LSU releases him to some of the bigger schools.

Actually, I think teams would be crawling all over themselves if he was available to play right away.
He should have went to PSU. This would be a non-issue.

Agreed. I don't see this kid having a future in football as incredibly talented as he is. Just seems incredibly immature to not realize the opportunity his talent presents for him. When he does make it to the league I see Pacman Jones all over again.

I stand by my declaration that he was pretty overrated. A playmaker for sure, especially on ST's, but as a cover corner he was sub-par. I'm actually upset we won't have him to pick on in Baton Rouge as we did in NOLA. He still hasn't figured out how to cover Kevin Norwood.

I heard a reporter ask him if it was a team policy or school policy, and I thought he said both.

Either way I'm sure he is going to want to play right away and LSU would have to release him first for him to be able to play but even with a release that just gets you a scholly. NCAA has to clear it to actually play D1 this year. Most likely he will just drop a division.

I corrected myself above. NCAA would have to clear him on that. I would thin khe would want a scholly too so that would be LSU's decision on where they want to release him to.
