The Lakers

I like the Lakers but there's no way in hell they will win a Championship with that weak arse bench.

Antwan Jameson (Shell of his former self)
Jordan Hill (Nice player but nothing more than an energy guy)
Jodie Meeks
Earl Clark
Devin Ebanks
Robert Sacre'
Steve Blake
Darius Johnson-Odom
How can you build a team with a bench this putrid? The Lakers have a great starting 5 but with this bench, I don't see how they can get out of the WCF. Will they make any moves to sure up their bench? Bunch of scrubs and you have to have a decent bench not only for the playoffs but to rest your players during the season so they'll be more fresh for the playoffs.
Anyways, they better make some moves and do something with this bench.. Teams like OKC, Miami, Boston, NYK, etc... All have a bench that is a major and underrated aspect to winning a 'Ship.

I think they'll be fine. They have a better bench than last year. They choked two games away in that series with OKC last season. I have a little more faith in this squad.

Agree to disagree.. That bench is CRAP. Not a championship team with that bench.. No way.. Just my opinion and I honestly like the Lakers.. I cannot pick the Lakers to even get out the WCF with that bench.

As soon as the team developes an identity the bench will follow suit. Hard to cap on the bench when the starters took the first 5 games off this season.

The lakers will get a shooter at some point. I can see the lakers making it to the finals with there roster they have now. Jordan hill can bang with any back up big man in the west. Jamison can hit some shots. The key is metta if he can continue to score the lakers will be hard to handle imo

Kobe is a shell of his former self (still great but much worse) and Nash can't even get healthy enough to stay on the court.
