  • Girls aren't worth getting worked up about. You will know when you meet the right one.

    My first day of my junior year in high school, I met a girl in my first class of the day. She was awesome. I went home and told my mom that I had met the girl I was going to marry. She always liked me, but we never dated in high school. We were complete opposites. She had never taken a drink, never tried a cigarette... just the way she was raised. I was a pothead football playing "jock" that kind of stuck to my own "clique". I would put everclear into my beverage at lunch and take it to class with me, and then pass out during class. Like I said, we were complete opposites.

    Anyway, 6 months after I graduated, I asked her to a date. Just a social thing. Me and a couple friends were going to watch the WVU vs. Wake Forest NCAA Tournament game at Buffalo Wild Wings. We started dating that night, and got married 3 years later. Now we are an old married couple after 5 almost 6 years of marriage.

    Moral of the story is, you will know. Not only think, but you will know.

  • Bamalivesfootball. Nothing I said is cut and dry, but it will give you a good bluebrint. I have been working full time for six years. The Real World sucks(I don't mean the TV show) You can do it! You have to choose the right occupations(Which you are the best at) Hopefully you know someone. Do your job, and don't screw up too much. Today, so many people are such idiots. They will easily fuck up their job. If you even do yours adequately, you will move up no problem. This is true for almost "every" job you are applying for right now.

    Go for what you want buddy! If you are satisfied with the wife, 2 kids, dog, decent house in the suburbs, etc.. There are 1,000 jobs you can take. I have a feeling you want the latter. Ok, this requires a tremendous amount of sacrifice. You are going to have to put %100 into the a job that can give you incredible revenue. You succeed at this position, your job title will require more. Eventually if you keep moving up you will be able to spend very little time with your family. However, you will be a great provider. Your wife will be an 8 at worst.

    Appreciate the advice Dutch. I'm probably just stressing too much anyways.

    Don't stress Bud. Take a sheet of paper, write down all your goals(in the future tense) For example ("I will marry a hot girl, I will live in a mansion, I will make over 1 million a year etc..) Keep that list in a place you can see it everyday. You can do it man! Multiple people have with way less more. Bottom line is you always have to keep the faith. Never let anyone derail you. There always will be people that will. Look up Arnold Schwartzneggers(doubt I spelled that right) 5 keys to success. Best of luck my man!
