I have not owned a CPU of any kind in a long time... Is there any free or relatively cheap good antivirus I can put on this thing.. Any suggestions would be helpful.. It has a 30 day free trial of Norton on it, but that shit is expensive, not sure what I will go with when it expires..?

No worries. I rarely pay for software. You can find a lot of programs that work great that are free.
Also would recommend that you download Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome as your web browser if you haven't already done so. Internet Explorer is garbage.
Also I would recommend Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. It is free and helps keep spyware and malware off of your PC if you run it once a week or so.

Chrome is definitely the faster browser but Firefox has a ton of add ons that I like to use.
