Oh I'm not reading a book about meditation. I'm reading a book about Buddhism. Pretty much as basic as you can get. Real overview and shit.
I just watched some shit on YouTube. Pretty much said get a good posture, close yours eyes, STFU, follow your breathing until you don't notice shit no more (my words of course). I wasn't even really expecting much, just thought I'd give it a go and see what happened. Like I said, still need better understanding,practice and probably a bunch of other stuff.
