Maybe but I know we are at least top 5. You should definitely apply to UGA and PSU. You'll have a shot to get in. Florida is impossible out of state. I didn't even bother applying, but doesn't hurt to try

yeah Florida makes sure top in state students don't leave the state, so they made out of state admissions incredibly selective. This one I'll have to think about.

Yea its crazy. Its just as hard to get into Florida than it is UNC out of state which is just stupid. Florida is a real good school, but it shouldn't be impossible for out of state kids to get in.
