I'm getting my boss to move me into the kitchen so I can get a better feel for the BOH stuff. I know the front stuff like no other and I'm extremely confident that I can assemble a staff of waiters and bartenders.
The guy we're looking to get to come over with us is someone we know can cook burgers to the correct temperatures. We just need to see if he can train a staff in the back as well as train us to his knowledge.
At night, it will be a college bar and we're going to incorporate live music and badass specials.

Burgers is one part.
We really are only going to have like 15 items tops. But we are making sure that it's going to be a quality product. We aren't just going to push mediocre bullshit out there.
I love going to bars around here during the day but their food is average. I want quality food for a quality price while being able to enjoy sports. My friend and I have worked in the service industry for awhile so we have a good vision and if we get the spot we want then I believe we will be incredibly successful
