Im actually very fond of it.. the lemon disguises and taste of vegetable you may not like... and yes it absolutely works... its 100% of the nutrients you need with 0 fat. I enjoy the weekends.

you shouldnt work out too strenuously... yes it is for weight loss but it does wonders for your blood work... ive never had high cholesterol but it is nearly perfect... plus the combos i use are good for kidney, liver and heart health.

That just does not sound good to me. I might have to try it anyway if it works. I have been a lazy, alcoholic slug for the past year and I really need to get my ass back in the gym and back on a healthy diet.

Yea. I have gained close to 45 pounds since my senior year in high school and I'm determined to get back down to a good weight and look better.
