That bad today.... Sorry to hear that. My work is pissing me off too lately. They hired one girl that we didn't need. So now hours go down and she pulls off the tip pool. Heard today that we may have hired another whore too. No clue why our GM thinks we need all these bitches.

He's a gay.... He's definately not trying to get laid by them. I'm working as a server/bartender in a upscale private communities country club.

Yeah... It pays decent and isn't bad to work at. I know how to deal with the ultra rich people. Not real hard at all to deal with them usually. Just wanting more hours and my GM hiring two new people doesn't help and then those two have been waitresses before at a pretty nice place so I'm sure they will get a decent percentage out of our tip pool.

No worries on that front... I haven't seen the newest one but I'm hoping that she is at least decent enough to do the deed.

I think of it like this... As a straight male server/bartender (Which there is only a few of us up there) it is my duty to dick down some of the do-able broads in the country club. If I don't they will give shitty service and not put their fair share into the tip pool. So basically I'm just a great worker. I should be paid on the side for the extra lengths I go to at work.

Yeah, some people are just ruining good discussions because they want to make it personal and can't win their side unless they bash the other posters.
