Another way of looking at it is this. Gus needs a Cam to win a championship, but Cam doesn't need a Gus. All he needs is the spread. Now......if Gus takes a young kid and molds him into a Cam-like player then that is something that will go much much further with how he's perceived as a coach/teacher IMO. Just food for thought is all...

Chizik is gone and so is the mediocrity. This team is made for his offense...literally. It might take some time, but we will be fine and we will win plenty of our fair share. And Prosch is going to be great in this offense because Gus will actually use him. As far as 6-6 until Cam comes back, you look at history and tell me how you think that is gonna work out.

bottom line is that auburn has been shat in 08,09,11,12...26 losses in those 4 seasons...and the losses were the worst in sec history...0-12 against ark,lsu, and Bama...with most of those losses by 25+
gus needs talent...sure aub signed some good players, many are not there and few have been developed.
