    It's all you have when you lose unless you're man enough to understand that the other team just was better. Then move on. Sport will always let you redeem yourself. It's what makes them so great.

  • Please tell your board, as I am banned, that i couldn't be more proud of a big ten team so far this bowl season. That is the kind of game I'm talking about. You guys showed you had balls that you need a wheel barrow to carry them around in. Never gave up, never were intimidated, never thought twice about coming up and shoving it up their ass even after their big plays against you. That game, though you lost, was soooooooo much better then your bowl last year. Outstanding athletes out there, it was the best big ten game I've watched this year. You stood toe to toe with a hell of a club, and I believe it is the best game you played this year.

    I fear this will launch you guys into next year. That gentleman was a hard hitting, athletic game that is enjoyable to watch. Congrats on saving the best for last. Well done.

  • It sucks getting beat like that but TBH I wasn't expecting the game to be that close. I'm happy Lewan played well ( or played as well as anyone has played ) against Clowney. I would have no problem drafting Taylor at 5. Jadeveon Clowney might go down as the best defensive player in CFB history.

    Jesus, there were some young bodies flying around out there. I know we hate Michigan but just for once try to love football. That was a helluva game. It was FUN to watch.

    Last year I was frustrated that many ignored the athleticism out on the field of MSU V, Georgia. We wear blinders so much in this thread that we can't appreciate players making plays. I could watch games like that all day. I don't care who is playing.

    RT Michael Schofield
    WR Jeremy Gallon

    DT Quinton Washington
    WDE Frank Clark
    SAM Jake Ryan
    WILL Desmond Morgan
    CB Raymon Taylor
    FS Thomas Gordon

    11 if you don't count Blake Countess (starter last year, hurt this year), and Devin Gardner/AJ Williams (starters at the end of the year) and Taylor Lewan (will probably leave for the NFL). Also, we won't really miss the seniors on the interior of the OL. We also had significant minutes from freshmen and sophomores all over the field.

    The team will look very/exactly the same

    I'm proud of how the team fought. I thought they played their asses off.

    I can see how a ref can miss holding, pass interference or any play that happens in real time when there's a lot of fast action but how can you miss that?

    From the depth charts I see..

    Dileo and Funchess don't start so that leaves 3 on offense and 6 on D (7 if you count Countess)- but didn't Taylor step in for Countess when he went down? So really 6 with another starting due to injury

    4 new OL, an unproven run game and losing the top 2 WRs.. O will most definitely by taking a step back in 2013

    D should be solid again

    Dileo and Funchess both most definitely started.
