    Meh, I'm never too excited about the basketball season. I like March. If we make it (you seem to think we won't) Izzo will find a way to get us to the 16. He always does. Then, Beilein will get to the round of 32 and well, you know, do what he's good at doing. Or, has a #1 seed ever lost to a 16? This could be good too. I can't wait.

    Ironic considering how MSU squandered its #1 seed last year. #1 seeds don't come around that often. Getting one and then spitting the bit in game three seems like such a waste. But I'm sure that was all part of Izzo's grand plan to motivate the team for this year. An Izzo-led team would never just crap the bed and waste a #1 seed like that.

    It will be a major disappointment if we don't make the Sweet 16 with this team. After that, it will depend on how we are playing and who we are matched up against.
