What?
You said earlier: "If you guys stuck with Amaker you probably would be the same place you are now with Beilein."
So you say Amaker was a dead man the day he came here, but he would have eventually turned us into contenders in the toughest conference in basketball?
Stop contradicting yourself, Steve. You look dumb. xxmgobluexx ●

Izzo's slowing down? From 2010-2012, he had ESPN's 10th, 17th, and 9th ranked recruiting classes. He's got a good shot at filling his lone 2013 opening with arguably the best player in the nation. He is recruiting so well in 2014 that he has a good shot at landing three 5* players (#2, #4, and #7 in the nation, per 247), and that doesn't even count 4* Drake Harris, who he helped Dantonio secure.
Izzo isn't slowing down, he's speeding up, and I think the two main motivators for that have been Draymond and B_____ getting UM back up to a decent level.

Meh, those kids are in high school and haven't done crap in college yet. I want to see them play at D1 first. Recruiting class rankings don't mean squat if they don't translate well to this level. I like Harris Dawson and valentine. Byrd had a lot of hype too. Hows he doing. Payne is a nice player but he was a 5 star wasn't he? I don't like the hype on high school kids. Watch them play first.

Amaker, like Rich Rod, had zero support. We used to joke about one VCR at the place. Michigan was turning into the MSU of the 70's and 80's it seemed with little support for the big two sports. Obviously it was only temporay with football because of personalities, but you guys neglected basketball for years. Maybe it was because of the scandal, who knows, but Amaker was at a disadvantage in my opinion. He's not a bad coach, but he didn't have the support of facities that Be____ has.

D.Wags you are spot on.
You flip the hires, it's B____ that gets the pink slip and Amaker that gets the accolades.
It's hilarious how many of the wolverine posters think I'm smoking crack when I say this stuff but time after time I am always proven right.
For instance I got ripped when I said Leyland was an incredible manager in July, come October he's in the World Series. None of my detractors has the guts to ever come back when I am right, they usually hide.

Wtf are you talking about. For the most your ignorance leaves me speechless.
One example of your SOP. You claim that non-sunbelt teams can't compete for a NC. We point out that the sunbelt teams are constantly going after the elite northern talent. You put your head in the sand. The top 3 teams in the nation are not in the sunbelt, 4 of 6 if you look at the AP, not a peep from you.
Oh, and as I stated all along, the Tigers would have to get to the playoffs inspite of Leyland. Fire Leyland!

Also, I never said they can't compete I just said it's a sunbelt dominated sport. The numbers don't lie.
Speaking of rankings what kind of recruiting class does K-State typically pull in? They barely go above 60 and typically fall withing 60 to 70.
Great to see all of those 2 and 3 star recruits dominating.
PS: I spot checked a few of K-States recruiting classes and it's loaded with players from the sun belt.
