He eliminated Michigan from the list of schools he is considering. Todd Worly suspected that Michigan's chances may have been hurt because Michigan was pursuing him as an OLB rather than a safety. It sucks because he seemed like a good player from the small amount of film I had seen.

Not sure if we have room for him, honestly. Took 2 safeties in the last class, don't graduate any this year, and have Powell locked up in this class. Plus I think we moved Kerrick to safety as well.

The impressive thing about UM is they seem to be getting better. They looked like they were just coasting against NW from start to finish. It's one of the easiest games we've had all season and it was a road game. Even Burke is getting better. He is no longer trying to do too much and is trusting the talent around him more and more each game. If there's a downside, it's that GRIII might end up as a one and done. It's going to suck losing three of five starters off this team all at once.

FWIW Gary Harris is fun to watch. Incredibly smooth and a future star. Reminds me a little of Evan Turner.

I agree. He could stand to add some weight and physicality. But he has all of the raw tools. If he went after this year he might be a late first rounder. If he polishes up, he could be a lottery.

So reading tPurdue board, they are claiming Dawson has a reputation as a "thug" around the B1G. I've never heard this from anywhere except Purdue fans. Keep in mind Purdue has made all sorts of accusations about Dawson, and Painters daughter tweeted that she hoped he got hit by a bus.... Is his repuation bad?
