By himself, huh? You really don't want me to go pull up his stats in games against MSU, do you?

He's had 29 total pts in 4 games vs MSU

Were Novak and Douglass great players?

    Morgan? What has he done?

Timmy H was a 4star and had his worst year in 2011

Buke- already gave this one to you

    GR3 - hasn't played yet

    Irvin- hasn't played yet

So, outside of Burke, you listed Timmy who was a 4star, Morgan who hasn't played higher than a 3 at any point, and Novak and Douglass that were nice system players for Bee___

Novak And Douglass were indeed great players. They helped in team in so many ways that didn't show up on the stat sheet.

Morgan has become a solid C/PF for us. He isn't spectacular, but he is serviceable.

THJ has outplayed his ranking. I've seen many scouts say that he could be a first rounder in the NBA draft.

GR3 - I know. But he rose in the rankings, which is the best argument I can give you until he does play.

Irvin - same deal with GR3.

2006 Michigan was better than anything Wisconsin put together.

I don't know what that means

    2006

    Wisky 12-1.. UM 11-2..

Well, if Morgan "sucks" and the talent around him is so inferior, that only leaves one explanation ... it must be superior coaching.

Just funny how UM only goes back 2 years to try to get a leg up on MSU in basketball

Guess there's been so few UM W's in bball overall, gotta pick and choose timeframes and opponents

I could say the same thing about MSU in football and the last 4 years lol

And this statement is hilarious. Because we lead the all time series. That is not picking and choosing timeframes.

Novak/Douglass.. lol So now you are judging great players but not on how they produced..

Morgan- again- he's average.. hasn't shown anything of being a "great" player

Timmy- Please show me 1 link that has him going in round 1.. and isn't it typical for 4 star players to get drafted?

GR3- OK he rose in the rankings.. and Mitchy fell.. so those even out

    Is a 14 pt W crushing?

If so, MSU crushed UM LY..

And we've already talked about this.. UM was down multiple scores until a last minute TD that made the score closer than it was

Coach B saw McGary's potential way before most other coaches, including Coach K, Coach Roy and Billy D.

This is what I thought the discussion was about. Coach B seeing talent early and then those kids rise through the ranks as they get seen by more and more people.

Guys like GR3, McGary, Staukas, Irvin and Walton.

Novak and Douglass were great players for UM. If you disagree, then I just can't help you. shrug

Morgan - I never called Morgan great.. But don't you think he's outplayed his ranking the scouts gave him at least?

    THJ - http://nbadraft.net/players/tim-hardaway-jr
But notice I said COULD go first round. I never said he is a definite first round pick.

Mitch took on a different role for his team, which caused him to fall in the rankings.

2008: Novak and Douglass. They weren't even ranked as prospects.
2009: Jordan Morgan. Dude wasn't even given a star. ESPN had him as the #232 PF.
2010: Hardaway. Was a 3* (Didn't rise in the rankings, but he has obviously proven to be a gem
2011: Burke. Same deal with Hardaway.. Didn't rise, but again Bielien found a gem.
2012: GR3. Was a 3 star when he commited. Rose all the way to 5* status.
2013: Irvin looks to be the gem/riser this year.

Is that good enough for you?

Did Izzo offer any of those guys?

If he did and they took it, they would have a final four on their college resume. Nobody who has stayed four years with Izzo has missed a final four.
