    Is Michigan taking a QB in 2014? Who are they looking at? I think MSU ends up with Henderson or Kizer, but that Tyler Wiegers kid from Country Day looks good.

    If I had a choice, I would choose David Cornwell in a heart beat. His highlight film is insane. Amazing technique, throws very well on the run. Great, and quick throwing motion.

    If I had a choice, I would choose David Cornwell in a heart beat. His highlight film is insane. Amazing technique, throws very well on the run. Great, and quick throwing motion.

    Getting Cornwell would be a big accomplishment considering some of the schools that are recruiting him. It would also be a pretty safe bet that either he or Shane would turn into a solid two or three year starter for Michigan.

    Got an 84 rating on 247. Shores up the DL classes; between Jones, Salmon and Cooper in '13 and Fennel and Lyles in '12, there isn't a gaping hole in the DL classes, which some were worried about.

    Michigan State does not and will not run the 3-4 defense.

    Right now MSU is focusing on Caleb Henderson, Kizer and Michael O'Connor at QB in '14. If either get an offer from tOSU, they're gone, though Henderson isn't a dual threat and tOSU is unlikely to offer at this point.

    MSU should take a class of around 20. If I could hazard a guess

    QB - 1
    RB - 2
    TE - 1 - 2
    WR - 2
    OT - 2
    OG - 2
    C - 1
    DT - 1
    DE - 2
    LB - 2
    CB - 1
    S - 1

    Michigan State does not and will not run the 3-4 defense.

    Technically, I agree, but we are talking about a teenager in HS. You have kids. They don't always as maturely as they should. It seems unreasonable to hold a 17 year old kid to the same standard of maturity you do a 30 or 40 year old adult.

  • Take it FWIW but lots of chatter from multiple reliable sources that UM is deep in the mix for Drake Harris. Not saying he's a lock, but this is far from an MSU v. OSU battle.
