We just won the Vampire Championship and kicked your ass. Not surprised Michigan fans wont acknowledge a sport they aren't good at.

Michigan needs to start pouring money into their quidditch program apparently. There's probably not enough SEC speed on the team. If they don't recruit the south better they will never be competitive.

MSU and IU on a neutral court would have been a lot of fun to watch. Now I have to watch a team that I don't like, and a team that makes watching basketball feel like a chore.

  • Interesting that Joe Lunardi put us as a 4 seed when we have a better resume than all the other 4 seeds.

That doesn't matter. The right question is how many 3-seeds do you have a better resume than? Being better than the other 4's simply means you're the best 4-seed.

Definitely not UNM. Aren't they 2nd in the RPI?

    Syracuse is possible.

Michigan really needs Louisville and Kansas to win. A KSU win could bump them ahead of Michigan on the S-curve too.

The space between Michigan and the other four makes me think it's Michigan. However, the selection committee might kiss the B1G's a** which could lead to a three seed.

Only if MSU is a borderline 2 seed. Which, now that I think about it, is probably accurate.

Could be for sure.. Wisky could also jump to a 3 if they win tomorrow.. as of right now it's probably close

    1- IU, Zaga, Duke, Louisville
    2- Gtown, OSU, Kansas, Miami
3- Florida, MSU, Syracuse (esp if they win tonight), New Mexico (if they hold on today)

Then combo of teams Wisky, UM, KSU, UCLA (if they win tonight), Marquette, STL, VCU

    copemoney0

  • The real question might be if OSU can get a 1 seed with a win over Wisconsin tomorrow.

I think it will go IU as a 1 seed, OSU as a 2 (even if they win the BTT), MSU as a 3, Wiscy as a 3 if they win the BTT, Michigan as a 4 (maybe a three if Syracuse loses or NM chokes), Wiscy as a 4 if they don't win the BTT. Either way I'm more concerned about Michigan's bracket then I am about whether they are a 3 or a 4 seed. I'm just hoping they avoid being in the same region as Louisville because I think they would be the toughest 1 seed for Michigan to take down.

Selection committee chairman said earlier today (after the IU loss) that 1 #1 seed was locked in, with 5 others in consideration for the other 3.

Figure that the #1 is either Gonzaga or IU, then the others would be, Gonzaga/IU, Kansas, Duke, Miami, Louisville

Being top 4 seed (perhaps) puts them in the West..

    Would be ideal situation there

That's why I said we were equal. A team that has more losses than Michigan is not better. At worst they are equal.
