    You do realize that you're 90% of the problem in that thread? You've made comments about MSU's top 2 recruits (at the time) being the 2 most likely to decommit and you made a big deal this past week about "keeping it clean" . . . then posted the entire UM roster in response to the 1st and 2nd team All-Big 10 question.

    You aren't even UM's representative and you constantly bait MSU. I bet if you stay out of the next Roundtable, it'll be the cleanest one yet.

    As for the recruit, I openly explained why I brought them up, Pittman because of his statement, and McGowan because of the bucknuts thinking they could flip him. I wasn't attacking or trying to bait MSU fans, I was honestly trying to bring something to the table for discussion, but you took it personal. I don't feel like rehashing it, but we can if you would like.

    I stated in this weeks thread, keep it clean, don't get upset, this is all opinion with strong biases, and have fun. I posted my 1st team as a light hearted joke based on the "opinion with strong biases" statement. As stated earlier, calm down a bit, you don't have to be so uptight in those threads.

    Ok. Just don't take it personally next time I link tRCMB to the Roundtable, like Big M did this past week. I link it every week, with a blurb about what the thread was like up to the point I linked. The blurb this past week said that the "usual UM fans are being the usual UM fans" and that tOSU's guy was off his rocker, IMO. That may not have been flattering, but I felt it was accurate.

    I really don't like being painted into a corner. The second I post something negative about UM on my home board, someone runs on here with it, like it's some giant surprise, yet UM fans (Meeechigan, among others) are given carte blanche to rip on "Sparty". I try to keep it as clean as possible, but I hate UM with a passion. It seems that all the UM fans are "just joking" all the time (including the asshole who posted a photoshop of Dantonio having a heart-attack, then had the audacity to question why he was banned), but they seem to take our comments very seriously. It's a big double standard and one that I don't really feel like dealing with.

    Why all the downriver hate? I'm from the area and a Michigan alum. Is there a problem with that? Additionally, I'm seen plenty of MSU fans at the bars during football and basketball season.

    I love it when people make sweeping generalizations. Espeacilly when they think they are so much smarter than who they are talking about.

    If I had thought about it more, I would not have posted what I did. I just saw your thread on the RCMB and thought your description of UM fans was grossly unfair. I really don't think posting UM's entire roster in that thread was anything more than a completely harmless joke.

  • No official decision has been made. Hoke says that he's monitoring it and seeing if Stonum fulfills the requirements that he set out to get back on the team.

    At this point, I think it's very likely that he'll play. It seems like Brandon wants him gone and Hoke thinks he should play, and Hoke will win.

    +1 for Mint Berry Crunch.

    That'll make your team better, but that'll cost you some moral superiority ground. Even with Stonum, I think MSU's TEs put MSU ahead of UM in terms of WR/TE units, but we're definitely the top 2 units in the conference.

  • I personally think MSU's overall depth at receiving is better than UM. We have a better top guy in Roundtree, and Stonum will definitely help the depth, but you have a lot of experience, and you can't overstate that.

    Plus, it doesn't hurt that you have Cousins throwing to them, while we have an unproven throwing QB. It'll be interesting.

    And I decided it was time to find a picture, and I figured that Mintberry Crunch was the perfect blend of mint and berry, but with a tasty, satisfying crunch. Shablagoo!

  • I guess this is just me, but I think UM's WR's are pretty overrated. Roundtree was by far the most productive but he really benefited from the Denard fake run play where he would be wide open by 15 yards. No one besides Stonum jumps out at me as having great athletic ability.
