That should lock Georgetown into a 3-seed. Was a little worried about them going on a run and stealing a 2-seed from MSU, especially if the committee docks State for losing Dawson. In that respect, the BTT is important for MSU, to show that they can win without him.

Just hearing Due51 talk about the difference in practice drills for fumble recoveries though tells me he lacks the attention to details it takes to win.

Were his offenses good at WVU? If I recall correctly they were, so yes I'll go along with his offenses are good. Special teams and D not so good.

I don't think you meant to respond to my post . . .

Michigan State does not and will not run the 3-4 defense.

Unless MSU loses to Iowa tomorrow i don't see anyway they fall from being a 2 seed.

His offenses at WVU were very good. Don't get me wrong, when i said he might have success in the Pac12 that was more a knock on the Pac12 than saying anything positive about RR.

I think they end up with a 2 seed, but I could see them getting a 3 seed if they beat Iowa and then lose their second game. MSU would have lost 3 of its last 4 games at that point. With the additional loss of Dawson, MSU's 3rd leading scorer and 2nd on the team in rebounds, that could give the committee pause.

Could happen but i think MSU is pretty securely set as a 2 seed.

I don't see Iowa being a problem. Should be a good tournament on Saturday. We should see a UM/OSU rematch and an MSU/Indiana rematch. Both should be exciting games.

I'm concerned about a rematch against Indiana, I'm actually thinking about picking them on my bracket as a dark horse to make a run this year.

They can beat anybody, but can they do it away from Assembly Hall? That is what will keep me from having them make a run in my bracket.

Gotta take risks to win it. They've got the talent, and sooner or later that team is going to be a power house.

These games will be on neutral sites, and I think they might have the goods to make a run.

I've won the office bracket last two years in a row by taking risks.

I will be. Just have to have a yahoo account I believe.

Listening to NW/Minnesota right now. Mahorn just said Shurna is the best player in the B1G tourney. I hate announcers who say stupid sh!t like that. Next game it will be somebody else, next game...

It depends on how Verdell Jones knee holds up imo.

No need to search sites. It is a Sparty rumor that is anti-Michigan and has nothing to do with State. No one gives credence to a rumor like that....until other Spartan fans spread the word and someone actually thinks it was started by "Inidana insiders."

First to report please don't act like NYSparty1 is a Spartan. He's a moron that no Spartan likes or takes seriously, and I'm under the distinct impression it's schtick.

I like that Jim Taco fella because we draw very similar images and he's not as moronic as the Klima's of the world. I still want to know how he feels about UM getting a commitment form a guy NAMED Taco.

RR isn't a bad coach, he was a bad fit. The lack of support he got and his disregard for traditions just added to the problems. I look forward that bowl that eventually matches him vs Michigan. That would be fun
