How do you feel about Robinson against our secondary? Has his arm improved over the year?

The passing last game was great. Very on target. He had an abscess removed from his elbow on Friday, so they're saying that was most likely why he was so off-target earlier.
I'm more focused on NW now, but I'm feeling pretty good about our chances against your defense.

He threw the ball much better this past week. I am really glad we have another game this week for him, the receivers, and the Offensive coordinator to keep working on everyone getting into rhythm. Also, I like the improvement our running game has shown so far this year. I think that if we keep improving in the running game that will help out Denard in the passing game.

Agreed.
It's gonna be interesting to watch how Borges deploys these two from here on out. I think we've only seen a hint of how creative he could get with two legitimate threats at the QB position. Especially when you have a player like Robinson who's extremely versatile because of his athletic ability.

Now MSU has two weeks to learn our ENTIRE playbook (since they are super geniuses, you know since they can learn this stuff by seeing one or two plays out the formation).
Something tells me Sexy Al's got a couple of other tricks up his sleeves.

It looks like I was wrong about their DL, though they only really impressed me against OSU.
I was wrong in general about their D- thought it would be no better than solid/decent.
I don't think we should judge Denard as a passer yet. Apparently he got an abscess removed from his elbow on Friday before the game, so people are saying that could be a reason why his throwing has been off. It was much improved last weekend

I think that's a good question...maybe Spartanrocky can give analysis as to how we stopped him last year. I don't think we blitzed him that much. It was more of a contain D. I think the line backers just hung back and when he started running they were in position to make a stop.
