I've been a fan for over thirty years, and I'll never change. If I couldn't handle mediocrity the simple solution would of been to go to USC and that would of taken care of all the crap I had to hear from ND, OSU and UofM fans. Not really my cup of tea to be like that though. My grandparents have been married for 65+ years (married through the great depression and WWII) and they taught me the value of being loyal. I hung in with the Detroit Tigers through the 90's, hung in with the Lions through 0-17 and I won't quit on the Pistons either. I respect all UofM fans that were able to hang in there through Rich Rod and were able to sit in the Big House through the entire App State debacle. I knew some Walverines that couldn't take it and moved on but for those who hung in there I think It builds character.

Also, I still can't get over the fact that the Lions made the playoffs despite being 0-16 in the regular season, only to lose the first playoff game to go 0-17 on the year. Unfortunate.
