Why are you concerned with FSU and Clemson, they have clowned you guys for years, they are going to clown you guys this year. Those two are on a whole different level than the rest of the ACC, I will admit I thought the ACC was going to be a better conference this year but it's really only two big boys and 10 little bitches. Your concern shouldn't be about UVA you guys have proven you can beat us, the concern for you guys should be why you can't win a big game. You guys later in the season are going to be on Thursday night two weeks in a row against Clemson and the FSU with all of America watching what VT football has become in front of a national TV audience.

whats crazy for both teams is the preseason strengths or so we thought havent lived up to the hype.. VT's D and our O both are leaving a lot to be desired..

Losing the WVA game has hurt us IMO, our only rivals now are UVA and Miami and we beat both of you...those seem to be the only games Frank takes personally now. The ACC sucking has given us a false since of where we stand IMO....with the coaching we have now...the Cincinnati O is light years better than ours...

I agree FSU and Clemson will likely "clown" us this year but I'm not sure how you can say they have for years. Yes, Clemson beat us twice last year but we are still 2-2 against them since joining the ACC. We are also 2-2 with FSU since joining, with each team beating the other once in the ACCG. I wouldn't call two tied series being "clowned" but as I said, both are likely to become 2-3 after this season. They are clearly putting some separation between VT's program and their own. We need some staff changes in a big way. If we don't see them, we are in for a Bowden-esque end to the Beamer era.

Man I hope so. I was talking to one of my friends from Tally last night about how similar the Bowden era is to what is happening at VT now. Reluctant to change but since both coaches built the program, they have earned the right to hold it hostage in some people's eyes.

Your last statement is what I'm worried about. I'm ok with Beamer hanging around a few more years but only if he proves he is serious about doing what it takes to make this program better. It has been obvious to most that changes have been necessary for a few years and its finally catching up to us. If we don't see some offensive shakeups soon, we will end up in a spot that takes a few years to recover from.

So is 2 of 16 tries UVA has beaten FSU by 1 point and an inch

The other 14 times FSU has beaten the holy shit outta UVA

If we played this year FSU would win by 40/50 points as usual
