Too above reasonable post: UVA is improving it's talent more by adding the classes it is and getting rid of the low ranked classes Al brought in at the end...but those players were the heart of a 8-5 team. Until you all start RSing player that are completely ill prepared to play D1 ball as freshmen you aren't really improving, you are treading water. Q Moore is a perfect example of a kid that would likely be a great 5th year Sr, but he played in what a couple dozen special teams plays this year? And London and crew did do a ton of work to improve the thought of UVA to many instate programs, but much of that was likely undone by your admin firing coached in what usually done the step before the HC gets fired the following season.

I don't know how many wins you all need for London to keep his job after the 13 season but you aren't exactly loaded for bear heading into next year:
