    He likes UVA and London and West...but I said many pages ago that people at Bayside were thinking OOS, and that was before a 4 win season, his pops knows football and knows that London is on the Hot seat. His Pops played college football, he knows the deal more than many others, and even if he does commit to UVA you have to worry about London being canned after the season and losing him anyway.

    It would be a great win for UVA to land him, I just don't see this one like Smokes recruitment...oh yea, and what happens if We$t goes to WVA, where Smoke would be an AA by his Jr year? I have a feeling WVA will throw a boat load of Money at a few good recruiters and see who they can reel in...it's very well know that West has the connections to make WVA a player for some top talent they have no shot at currently...that is worth a lot of money

    Well, first we will pay West to keep him, the plan is for the Breds to play together in college, and have gotten a PM that loves the comical stuff that has been posted here the past couple of pages, and was told to ignore it because it wasn't true. So I'll leave it at that.

    Didn't sound discourging but the PM is pretty clear it will be UVA.

    I went there, but I know the difference. I know that 95% of the Hokie posters didn't go to VT. The VT alumni that I associate myself with never act like anybody on these boards.

    No one acts like they do on this board in real life... anonymity brings out the best in people biggrin

    When you hear the DMV do you think about kids from the DC area as in the suburbs of Northern VA and Maryland that surround DC

    Or kids from DC and both VA and Maryland as in the whole states ?

  • Don't you all find it odd that if UNC had Blake still they would have had many of the Breds including the godson and this would not have been a conversation? UNC will always be a good coach and recruiter away from being a real pain in the ASS in the 757 but specifically the Southside region.

    You really think UVA will pony up double West's current salary to keep him? I don't see the UVA admin doing that for a guy that was part of your previous 3 seasons.

    Which is why I said I don't think losing West would be a bad thing for UVA, but do they know that? Is London putting his eggs in the "but I have all these recruits" basket? I see 5 wins just as likely as 7, and 4 as likely as 8...6 has to be the over under target. If attendance continues to shrink does he even get to stay if they are .500 and lose again to VT?

If the shoe were on the other foot and they all wanted to play at VT there wouldn't be an issue. Quit throwing all the cheating accusations out unless you have proof. Maybe the 757 coaches your talking to are the ones not getting any of these kids to transfer in and and some are from the schools that they have transferred from.

    You really do have your head in the sand if this is what you think...Moore doesn't like what is going on down here.

    What I love is that you love you some West and then look down on other schools and how they recruit, but you need a photo right, hey Calapari is clean too? hey have an audience with now because there is talent down here, but in getting that talent there is a price.

    This has nothing to do with where these kids go to school, it's all about their "mentors". Have you not been following along? But yes, keep your head in the sand as you are.
